Saturday February 15th, we'll be hosting our Valentine's weekend Supper Club event.
Join us on the farm for a wonderful time together! Here's the menu:
-Starter - Valentine's Day salad. Mixed greens, strawberries, blue cheese and sunflowers make up this classic first course, topped off with an aged balsamic vinaigrette.
-Main course - Locally sourced pork roast dressed with coriander, thyme, and a roasted strawberry merlot glaze. Served with a side of mashed acorn squash from the garden and homemade dinner rolls.
-Dessert - Chocolate Pots De Creme - Served cold, and made with dark chocolate, brandy, coffee, heavy cream, and a whipped cream and raspberry garnish to top it off.
-Fresh baked sourdough bread and a complimentary glass of wine will be served alongside your meal
Cost - $30 per person; $20 for children 12 and under
